» Explanation/Solution #1

The most common reason members cannot login is by mis-typing their username and/or password. Please COPY and PASTE your username and password into the member entrance page. Be sure NOT to select any blank spaces before or after your password and username.

If you choose NOT to copy/paste, remember that logins are cAsE sEnSiTiVe. This means a capital T is not the same as a lowercase t. Another common typing mistake is mistaking a capital O for a zero - 0. You must type your username and password in exactly as you see it or you will not gain entrance.

Your login has been shared (this is against our terms) or compromised and has been temporarily deactivated. Our security software monitors every login attempt made to the site. If one username is being used for access from multiple ip addresses, countries, etc. it may be blocked. So if you have given your login to friends or posted it on the internet somewhere, you must contact support to have it re-activated. In most cases it is necessary to assign a new password, so contact support.

» Explanation/Solution #3

You've tried to login too many times unsuccessfully. In this case, our security software may now be blocking your access for abuse. Please contact support so we can re-enable your username.

» Explanation/Solution #4

You are mis-typing the secret word image. This word is NOT case sensitive, however if you do not type exactly what you see in the box, you will not gain entrance regardless of whether your user/pass combo is correct or not.

Your membership has a) been canceled or b) was non-recurring and has ended. If you are unsure if your account has expired, simply contact support and we'll let you know.

» Explanation/Solution #6

Your credit card (or bank funding from your checking account) was denied; or your credit card expiration date needs to be updated. Since billing is handled by a third party, please click here for credit cards or here for pay-by-check.
